BAYANI CONSULTING NETWORK, INC. is a Filipino manpower service exporter engaged in contracting, enlisting and recruiting workers and professionals for overseas employment, and act as agent of foreign firms in meeting their manpower requirements.

Bayani deploys combinations of workers such as construction, hotel, factory, building maintenance and household service workers. For the past few years, Bayani specialized in medical professionals, thus ensuring focused recruitment and processing, to ensure that the recruited professionals possess the necessary skills, knowledge and experience as required by their employers.

The company is licensed by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA-029-LB-021012-R until January 2016), and is a member of both Philippine Association of Service Exporters, Inc. (PASEI) and Overseas Placement Association of the Philippines (OPAP). Bayani subscribes to the Code of Good Recruitment Practice and adheres to standards of ethical business practice and professional integrity.
